Refunds are only processed when requests are submitted to info@the-island-house.com prior to 48 hours of the screening, any refund requests received within 48hours of the screening date and time will not be processed. Requests to refund a portion of a total amount of tickets purchased (1 of 4 tickets purchased, for example) can not be processed, the guest will have to request a refund and re-book within the stipulated time stated above.
