Indulge and taste your way through Young’s Fine Wine portfolio, accompanied by a selection of thoughtfully paired hors d’oeuvres.

Journey through a diverse collection of exceptional wines, showcasing the finest regions and varietals. These will be complemented by a series of exquisite bites from The Island Houses’ restaurants featuring: the delicate flavors of Shima’s Asian-inspired dishes, the bold and savory notes from Yellowbell’s fusion creations, and the vibrant Italian offerings from Mogano.

The Island House invites you to this sensory exploration under the open sky, where each sip and bite enhances the other.
