We are thrilled to introduce you to our new monthly Sip & Shuck experience at Shima. Join us this Friday, October 17th, from 5 pm up on the Shima balcony for an extra special champagne and oyster pairing experience.
Discover the delightful combination between the crisp and elegant Laurent-Perrier Brut La Cuvee and our freshly shucked Great White Oysters from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We offer you the choice to enjoy them cold with red nam jim sauce or warm with chili jam and crispy shallots.
