We are thrilled to introduce you to our a new monthly Sip & Shuck experience at Shima.
Join us on Friday, January 31st from 5pm up on the Shima balcony for an extra special champagne and oyster pairing experience for $95* per person.
Discover the delightful combination between the crisp and elegant Laurent-Perrier Brut La Cuvee and our freshly shucked Great White Oysters from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We are offering you the choice to enjoy them cold with red nam jim sauce, or warm with chili jam and crispy shallots.
Reservations are not required, simply pop by and join us on our Poolside balcony.
