SHIMA – Elvio Cogno Wine Dinner

Shima is thrilled to be hosting an intimate wine-maker dinner on their poolside balcony with Giulio Giacosa from Cogno Winery and Tim Tibbitts from Seagate Wines.

The 4-course wine pairing experience will feature Southeast Asian dishes paired with a selection of vibrant and expressive wines from the Elivo Cogno Winery.
