Battle of the Rosé – Wine Dinner
Join us for an exclusive Wine Pairing Dinner with wines from Bristol on Tuesday, June 23rd at 6 pm.
Starting at 6 pm, come and enjoy an array of rosé, starting with welcome canapés and apéritif in The Amphitheater. Followed by, at 7 pm, an enticing meal served on the picturesque back patio of Mogano.

Antipasto paired with Château de Berne Urban Provence Rosé
Tuna Crudo, Sundried Tomato, Spring Mix
Primo paired with Château de Berne Grand Cuvée Rosé
Casarecce Pasta, Swordfish, Cherry Tomato, Black Olives, Almonds
Secondo paired with Château d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé
Fish Stew with Local Catch and Clams
Dolce paired with Château d’Esclans Rock Angel Rosé
Vanilla and Forest Fruit Panna Cotta, Crème de Cassis, Berries
