We are thrilled to introduce you to our new monthly Sip & Shuck experience at Shima. Join us this Friday, December 12th, from 5 pm up on the Shima balcony for an extra special champagne and oyster pairing experience.
Discover the delightful combination between the crisp and elegant champagne and our freshly shucked oysters. We offer you the choice to enjoy them cold with red nam jim sauce or warm with chili jam and crispy shallots.
Reservations are not required; pop by and join us on our Poolside balcony.
